Rajni is a trade and investment professional with deep capabilities in business transformation and project leadership. With PG in International Development and master’s in business management blended with 20+ years across KOTRA, UKIBC, DIT/British High Commission, Austrade, and NZTE, she specialises in G2G and industry partnerships that strengthen skills, education, and sustainable growth. Her work spans workforce development, curriculum–industry linkages, and large multi-stakeholder programs, most notably the ADB-supported India-New Zealand (AgResearch) initiative to lift apple productivity in J&K. She brings stakeholder management, policy insight, and cross-cultural execution to deliver measurable learning, capability building, and economic impact.
